Summary

I design data systems and interactive dashboards that help leadership make high-stakes decisions. Most recently, I built four Tableau dashboards and ArcGIS visualizations containing over 1 million data points to plan the deployment of 4,000 personnel to a new facility. I've led analyst teams of up to 40 people, automated workflows using SQL and Python, and delivered intelligence products that directly supported counterterrorism operations. I hold an active TS/SCI clearance and bring 14 years of experience turning complex data into actionable insights.

1. 2021-Present

   Data Analyst

   U.S. Army National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency · St. Louis, MO

   • Wrote 50 SQL scripts against data warehouse systems to support analysis, discovery, and testing of reporting solutions for deployment planning.
   • Stretched the design boundaries of Tableau to deliver accurate and timely information to Intelligence professionals. Accomplishments and initiative enabled the team to excel within the organization, and enabled informative demonstrations on four key products used and disseminated by the team.
   • Designed and populated four data sets, containing more than 1,000,000 data points, to facilitate Intelligence personnel in navigating to their newly assigned seats in the organization's new facility (N2W).
   • Designed and implemented multiple Tableau dashboards critical in planning the future placement of 4,000 Intelligence personnel. Created a detailed and comprehensive N2W floorplan using ArcGIS, which allowed Senior Intelligence Professionals across all components of the NGA to maintain real-time situational awareness of personnel placement in N2W.
   • Collaborated and assisted with the design and build of a user interface that allows personnel to update, manage, and maintain more than 20,000 records used in the planning for the organization's deployment to N2W.
   • Designed tracking system using MS SQL, Python and VBA front end that allowed for the successful deployment of government personnel and assets while maintaining continuity through the entire move from one location to another
   • Designed, implemented, and maintained an interactive floor plan for National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) New Campus (N2W) to visualize and aid in the future placement of over 4000 Intelligence personnel.

3. 2018-2020

   • Designed and optimized 20 data warehouse schemas and database structures to support efficient querying and reporting by analysts.
   • Implemented and configured JBOSS servers to be used as a Web frontend management console for MAAS so that Row Level Security could be implemented on MAAS MSSQL databases
   • Transitioned MAAS MSSQL databases to utilize Row Level Security for end user authentication with PKI certificates

   • Liaison for MAAS users, capturing critical system performance feedback presented by the customer and ensuring that information is presented to site engineer management for dissemination to key system stake holders

   • Oversaw 5,700 exploitation hours, leading to the production of over 1,600 Full Motion Video (FMV) products supporting Counterterrorism (CT) operations.
