Perform electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration repairs on HVAC and related facility equipment with minimal supervision. Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, pneumatic, and control systems. Maintain boilers, air handling units, chillers, air conditioning units, and associated mechanical systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. Inspect, clean, replace, and repair HVAC components as needed. Install new equipment and assist with relocation of existing systems and machinery. Respond to maintenance service calls and support facility repair operations. Utilize electrical meters, diagnostic tools, and HVAC testing equipment safely and effectively. Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, refrigeration drawings, schematics, and manuals. Properly complete maintenance work requests and maintain accurate service documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas. Work indoors and outdoors, including rooftops, mechanical spaces, and elevated work areas when required. Support team operations and assist other maintenance personnel as needed. Attend company-sponsored training and work overtime when required.
