AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems may occasionally produce errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We disclaim all liability for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.

All Partner Organizations must enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Best Military Resume that contractually obligates them to: (1) comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, state privacy laws); (2) implement appropriate security measures to protect your information; (3) use your information only for authorized purposes; (4) not disclose your information to unauthorized third parties; and (5) delete or return your information upon termination of the partnership or at your request.

Partner Organizations are independent entities with their own privacy policies. When you interact with a Partner Organization (such as through their website, email communications, or in-person programs), their privacy policy applies to that interaction. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Partner Organizations you engage with.
We are not responsible for Partner Organizations' data practices, security measures, or use of information beyond the scope of our Data Processing Agreement. While we require contractual commitments from Partner Organizations, we cannot guarantee their compliance or prevent unauthorized use of information.
You acknowledge and agree that Best Military Resume shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from a Partner Organization's misuse, unauthorized disclosure, data breach, or violation of privacy obligations. Your sole remedy for Partner Organization misconduct is to pursue legal action against the Partner Organization directly.
We may introduce talent marketplace features in the future that allow employers, recruiters, and companies (collectively, "Employers") to search for and connect with job seekers who have completed resumes on our platform. Participation in any such talent marketplace features will be entirely optional and require your explicit opt-in consent before any information is shared with Employers.

However, we cannot guarantee that all Employers will comply with these restrictions or use your information appropriately. By opting into the talent marketplace, you acknowledge the inherent risks of sharing your professional information with potential employers.
You maintain full control over your participation in any talent marketplace features:
Participating in the talent marketplace does not guarantee that you will be contacted by Employers, receive job interviews, or obtain employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by Employers and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for Employer hiring practices, discrimination, or failure to respond to candidates.
We are not responsible for how Employers use, store, or share your information after accessing it through the talent marketplace. While we require Employers to agree to terms of use and data protection obligations, we cannot control their actions once they have accessed your profile.
You acknowledge and agree that Best Military Resume shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from: (1) Employer misuse of your information; (2) Employer data breaches or security incidents; (3) Unsolicited communications from Employers; (4) Discriminatory hiring practices; (5) Failure to obtain employment through the talent marketplace; or (6) Disputes between you and Employers.
We implement industry-standard technical, physical, and administrative security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:
DESPITE OUR SECURITY MEASURES, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You acknowledge and accept the inherent security risks of providing information and transacting online.
YOU USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. We disclaim all liability for unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information, including but not limited to losses resulting from data breaches, hacking, phishing, or other security incidents.

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR OUR SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
