Adam's Story

Adam gave the Army about 21 years. He retired as a Master Sergeant (E-8), one of the most senior enlisted ranks, after two decades leading maintenance operations and the soldiers behind them.

Transition is its own fight. A senior NCO runs complex operations every day, but a civilian hiring manager does not always see that under the military jargon.
