Anonymous’s transition

He came to BMR through a partner program, used up his free resumes, and hit a wall.

Then he sent the message that is harder to send than people think. He could not afford a subscription, and he asked if there was any way to get help anyway.

We turned his access back on. Three weeks, no charge.

Two weeks later: "Got the job brother! Thank you for your program, couldn't have done it without your help!"

His Air Force years were in facilities work and project scheduling. The role he landed was systems and project engineering.

His name is off this one on purpose. He said yes to the story, not to the spotlight.
