Brandon’s story
Senior Master Sergeant (E-8), Air Force, to Organizational Development.

Real email, in their words.
It not only increased my number of call backs and interviews, but I just accepted a job offer and I could not be happier.
Brandon’s transition
Brandon gave the Air Force more than twenty years, and served as a first sergeant. That's the person a whole unit goes to when something in their life is coming apart.
When it was his turn to transition, he used BMR.
He said it did two things. It increased his callbacks and his interviews, and then it got him an offer he was genuinely happy about.
That's usually where a success story ends. Brandon's kept going.
After he got hired, he came back and sponsored BMR licenses for transitioning service members. Then a few months later, he did it again.
He teaches now, too.
A first sergeant takes care of people. Turns out that doesn't stop when the uniform comes off.
Brandon built a resume that got results. Same tools. Free to start. About 15 minutes.
