Brian's Story

Brian spent 20 years in the Air Force building a career most people never see. He flew as a Pilot In Command on King Air 350s. He led operations as a Flight Chief and Squadron Superintendent. He trained the next generation as a Formal Training Unit Instructor.

When it came time to transition, Brian had decades of leadership, flight operations, and team management under his belt. But translating that into something a civilian hiring manager could immediately understand was a different challenge.
