David’s transition

A retired Air Force E-9 just landed his second job using BMR.

David retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, the top of the enlisted ranks, after more than two decades leading people and running operations. When he first transitioned, he used DAN, BMR's AI resume assistant, to build his civilian resume and landed a six-figure contract role.

Here is the part that says everything. After he got hired, he kept his subscription active. Not because he needed another resume. Because he wanted to support what BMR is doing for veterans.

Then he came back.

This time he was going federal. He used DAN again, built the resume the application called for, and landed a GS role with a federal agency. The second role he has landed with BMR's help.

In his own words, he does not know how many repeat success stories BMR has. He is one of them.
