Desiree's Story

Desiree spent five years in the Army National Guard running supply chain and operations as a Sergeant. Like a lot of Guard members, she built a civilian career at the same time, working in HR and program analysis. She knew what she could do. She needed the next role to see it too.

In January she built her first resume on Best Military Resume. Then she went to work. Program management roles. HR and operations roles. Finance roles. Federal and private sector both. Every single opening got its own tailored resume. By August she had built 83 of them.

Then came the phone call. Forty minutes with the CEO, who told her something most job seekers never hear: "I'm not sure what to even ask you because from top to bottom, this is an excellent resume." The offer followed.

Desiree says she will keep spreading the word to every military member and veteran she meets. That is how this community works. One veteran gets through the door, then holds it open for the next.
