Francisco's Story

I've been able to reach out to several organizations with resumes and today got a call from (redacted) Air Force base for their DLA SkillBridge opportunity. They thought my resume was impressive and were really interested in hosting me for the program. Even though they can't guarantee a role (being that it's a DoW organization) they can work with me after the program to get a waiver submitted to try and hire me depending on my performance and experience with them during the 60 day SkillBridge opportunity. Still have other organizations that I've reached out to as well but this really gives me some motivation that I'm doing something right during this transition process.
