I want to thank you for allowing me to create both a conventional resume and a FEDERAL resume, for free! I waited almost 5 weeks for my federal resume to come back from Hiring Our Heroes and I still have work to do on it myself. (I'm not knocking HOH, I'm just saying that they reached a limit of advance until I could return their review). I was so lucky to come across your product because YOUR algorithm was able to populate the 'dead spaces' in my resume where I was just STUCK, and literally could not think of a way to word certain things that I did. I am so impressed by your generosity as well as the QUALITY of the material that is produced! I was absolutely blown away at the fact that in literally just a few seconds, I had 'all the bases covered' in my federal resume. I was so impressed that I did a conventional one as well; and the capability to translate 'Army speak' to civilian terms (without making it look like I'm just trying to church it up and blow smoke) is beyond my comprehension. I swear it looks like I paid a professional to craft my resume, swear to god. So, I am an Active duty service member who starts terminal leave in May and realized that I will need quite a few conventional resumes that can be easily tailored to match each individual job description. Your product provides me the capability to just tailor a new resume for each new job description off of a 'base' resume and save it, instead of copying and pasting and labeling each new resume. Again, I was so impressed by your generosity and quality of service that truthfully, I was compelled to subscribe. Once I subscribed, I utilized the 'Linkedin Optimizer' just to see what it was about. Holy mother of god, there is absolutely zero way that I would have been able to create a profile even remotely close to the quality of the optimizer. As I type the word 'optimizer', I realize that word does not even begin to capture what is actually taking place. For instance, 'Operations Sergeant Major' (slot I was only filling but captured on my NCOER) and BN EO dude turned into 'Operations Manager | Process Improvement Expert & Equal Opportunity Leader'. And another one, PSG for an expeditionary signal battalion turned into 'Strategic Communications Manager | Expert in Team Leadership and Technical Oversight', and the list goes on and on. So, the view from MY foxhole is that the Linkedin Optimizer is moreso a Linkedin Transformer. The very best thing that I liked about your product is that it doesn't 'feel' fake or hyped up. Today at work, I wanted to verify if I was executing a confirmation bias or not and gathered some teammates to take a look. I started off with my pitch, 'y'all know I'm dipping my toes in the civilian market to get a feel and just want to know what y'all think about this so far..... (I showed my resume and Linkedin). They called me 'The Wordsmith' and a couple of 'em wanted to know if I'd write their NCOERs. (We all know that we all write our own anyways). After I explained what they were looking at, they expressed the 'feeling' that the resume and the Linkedin left on them; it felt real, it felt genuine, and it felt accurate. I apologize for the lengthy email, however it is our duty to provide feedback when appropriate. I wanted to write to you to express my utmost gratitude for providing a free federal and conventional resume, and to also comment on the quality of your creation. Thank you for what you've done for myself and the community, and I'll do everything I can to ensure that folks are engaging.
Frederick served as a Sergeant First Class in the Army, approaching the end of his career with terminal leave starting in May. He had been trying to build his federal resume through other channels for weeks. Five weeks with Hiring Our Heroes and he still had work to do. He was stuck in dead spaces where he could not figure out how to word certain experiences.
Then he found Best Military Resume. In seconds, the platform filled in those gaps. The algorithm populated the areas where he had been stuck, translating his Army experience into language that federal hiring managers expected to see.
Frederick was blown away. He built a federal resume that looked like it was crafted by a professional. Then he did a conventional resume and was equally impressed by how the platform translated military terminology into civilian language without making it feel exaggerated or fake.
But the moment that truly sold him was the LinkedIn Optimizer. His title of Operations Sergeant Major became Operations Manager, Process Improvement Expert, and Equal Opportunity Leader. His role as a Platoon Sergeant for an expeditionary signal battalion became Strategic Communications Manager with expertise in Team Leadership and Technical Oversight. Accurate. Professional. Real.
Frederick tested it with his teammates at work. They called him The Wordsmith. When he explained the platform, they all agreed the output felt genuine.
Frederick subscribed on the spot. He plans to use the platform to tailor a new resume for every job he applies to. Best Military Resume gave him the tools to approach his transition with confidence instead of frustration.
Frederick built a resume that got results.
Same tools. Free to start. Takes about 15 minutes.
