Isaac’s transition

Isaac spent more than two decades in the Army. Maintenance, training, and leadership development, moving up through fleet maintenance supervision and into running training programs for other soldiers. Twenty four years of keeping equipment running and people ready.

Then came the part nobody trains you for. Turning all of that into something a civilian hiring manager can actually read.

He built his first resume on Best Military Resume in late March. Then he built three more, each one tailored to a specific job he was going after. Fleet management. Staff development and training. Transition advising. All of it inside of three weeks.

Four months later he wrote in to say the resume helped him get a temporary position.

A temporary position is not a consolation prize. It is a foot in the door. It is a line on the resume written in language the civilian side understands. Plenty of long careers started exactly there.

Isaac is not finished either. He said he plans to use the product again for the next one.
