James’s transition

James spent 20 years in the Air Force. Fifteen of them in Security Forces and five in aircraft armament, leading teams, running operations, and solving problems in high-pressure environments as a Technical Sergeant.

When he started his transition, he ran into the wall almost every veteran hits. He had the leadership and operations experience. What he did not have was a way to say it in language a civilian hiring manager would understand.
