BMR helped me get my first job, and now my second, this time with a 42% pay raise! Thank you for making such a powerful platform!
Jason’s transition
Jason retired from the Army as a Sergeant Major (E-9) and used Best Military Resume to land his first job after retirement. We shared that story when it happened.
Just over a year into that job, he decided to make a pivot to training and development. So he came back to BMR and tailored his resume to the roles he wanted, 32 tailored resumes in all.
It worked again. He landed his second job, and this one came with a 42% pay raise.
His update to Brad said BMR helped him get his first job and now his second. He thanked Brad for building what he called a powerful platform.
Jason built a resume that got results. Same tools. Free to start. About 15 minutes.
