BMR slaps. Just rolled into a GS-12 job with the Federal Resume BMR built.
Joel’s transition
Joel is an Army Staff Sergeant (E-6) whose career runs through recruiting and talent acquisition. He has spent years on the hiring side, so he knows what a strong resume looks like.
Then he went after a federal job. Federal resumes play by different rules, so he built his on Best Military Resume.
It worked. In his words, he "just rolled into a GS-12 job with the Federal Resume BMR built."
His review of the platform was even shorter: "BMR slaps."
Joel built a resume that got results. Same tools. Free to start. About 15 minutes.
