Josh’s transition
Josh spent over eight years in Air Force logistics. When he set his sights on a federal career, he ran into what every veteran hits with federal hiring. It is slow. It is brutal. Every announcement wants a resume tailored to its exact language.
He did not land it on the first try. Over roughly five months, Josh built more than two dozen tailored federal resumes on Best Military Resume. Procurement analyst. Property disposal specialist. Federal law enforcement roles. Each one rebuilt for a specific posting.
Most people quit somewhere in that stack. Josh did not. He kept tailoring and kept applying until one landed. He got hired into a federal role.
His operations and logistics background opened doors. The persistence walked him through them. BMR just made the volume possible. Nobody hand-writes more than two dozen federal resumes. With the right tool, a veteran can tailor each one to the announcement and keep swinging until the offer comes.
That is the part of federal hiring nobody tells you. It is not about the perfect first resume. It is about staying in the fight long enough to get the yes.
Josh built a resume that got results. Same tools. Free to start. About 15 minutes.
