Justin's Story

Justin spent over 16 years in the Air Force. By the end he was a Master Sergeant (E-7) running communications and network infrastructure operations, holding a TS/SCI clearance.

His transition started with a phone call. He reached out to Tyler Grant, the CEO of 7 Eagle and someone he had served with, to ask about his options. On that very first call, Tyler told him to get started with Best Military Resume right away.

So he did. All through his SkillBridge, Justin worked on his resume in BMR, refining it until he had a version he was proud to put out.

The response was immediate. Multiple people told him it was the best resume they had ever seen. Some of them had been reviewing resumes for decades, and they were blown away.

The resume did its job. Justin got hired while he was still on terminal leave. When it came time to talk money, the company asked him how much he wanted and gave it to him, no questions asked.

He still credits BMR for where he landed.
