Luana’s transition

Luana is a military spouse.

She was already working in administrative operations and program analysis when she joined Best Military Resume in March. She was not trying to break into the workforce. She was trying to land the analyst role she actually wanted.

So she went to work. Between March and June she built 73 tailored resumes on the platform. Program analyst roles. Executive assistant roles. Policy analyst roles. Federal and private sector both. Every application got its own version, matched to the posting.

In July she emailed with the news. She got the Staff Policy and Procedures Analyst position.

Seventy three resumes is not luck. It is a system. Tailor, apply, repeat, until the right door opens. Military spouses face one of the toughest job markets there is, and Luana beat it with organized, relentless persistence. The title she landed is the title she was building toward.
