Mario's Story

Mario spent about 20 years in the Air Force keeping aircraft mission-ready. He led sortie support, ran production and operations on the flight line, and worked his way up to the senior enlisted ranks. It was the kind of career built on responsibility. When something breaks on a flight line, people notice fast, and Mario was one of the people responsible for making sure it did not.

When it came time to plan his move to the civilian side, he ran into the challenge almost every senior leader hits. His experience was real, but it did not read like leadership on a civilian resume. Flight line operations and senior enlisted management do not translate themselves.
