Michael's Story

Michael was an Army senior NCO on his way to retirement when he found BMR.

Two people got hired out of that one decision.

The first was a friend of his, a Marine who got out in 2022 and never got handed any real transition help. Michael set him up on BMR himself. The guy got a job almost right away.
