Michael’s transition

Michael was an Army senior NCO on his way to retirement when he found BMR.

Two people got hired out of that one decision.

The first was a friend of his, a Marine who got out in 2022 and never got handed any real transition help. Michael set him up on BMR himself. The guy got a job almost right away.

The second was Michael. He accepted an offer for an administrative supervisor role in emergency medical services, waiting for him the day he retired. BMR helped him get that interview.

He'd looked at other options first. One outfit quoted him around $700 for a resume. He passed.

He's since sent his command sergeant major our way too.
