Mikell’s story

Master Sergeant (E-8), Army, to Safety & Occupational Health. $75,000 per year

Real email, in their words.

Every job I applied for, I received calls and emails back to schedule interviews. The Operator version is worth every penny!

Mikell’s transition

Mikell, an Army Master Sergeant (E-8), retired and took a $75,000 offer as a Safety Officer.

He used Best Military Resume to build a resume from his own accomplishments. Every job he applied for, he got calls and emails back to schedule interviews.

He had not sat for a civilian interview in over 20 years. So he used the interview prep and elevator pitches to get his interviewing back in shape.

There was no fluff on the resume. Everything on it was true, so he could answer any question about it without feeling like he was selling something.

He ended up turning offers down and choosing the right one when it came along.

He recommends BMR to all his veteran brothers and sisters, and says the Operator version is worth every penny.

Mikell built a resume that got results. Same tools. Free to start. About 15 minutes.
