Paul's Story

Paul spent nearly two decades in the Air Force, rising to Master Sergeant (E-7). For most of that time, his day-to-day work had little to do with the civilian career he was stepping into.

Transitioning out after that long in uniform is its own kind of hard. The experience is there. Translating it into language a civilian hiring manager actually understands is the part that trips people up.
