Paul’s transition

After nearly two decades in the Air Force, Paul rose to Master Sergeant (E-7).

He started out on the technical side. In his final years in uniform, he moved into recruiting.

When it came time to transition, he knew where he wanted to go. He wanted to keep recruiting on the civilian side. The challenge was the same one most senior NCOs hit. The experience is all there. Getting it onto the page in language a civilian hiring manager understands is the hard part.
