Tyler’s transition

Tyler built his resume on BMR on a Friday.

By the middle of the following week, he had a job offer.

That's the whole story. He never sent us the rest of it. We asked, and he was busy, which is what tends to happen right after somebody gets hired.

Timelines like this are not the norm and we won't pretend they are. Most searches run for months, and the ones that move fast usually had groundwork behind them that nobody else got to see.

But it does happen. Sometimes the only thing standing between a veteran and an offer is a resume that finally says what they actually did.
