About the Role

Lean Synergy Solutions is seeking an experienced **Custodial Supervisor** to oversee daily janitorial operations and lead a small team in a professional facility environment. This is a **hands-on leadership role** for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service. The Supervisor will organize daily assignments, work alongside the team, inspect completed work, provide coaching and direction, respond to facility needs, and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day custodial operations. The ideal candidate brings strong custodial experience, practical leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

•OSHA 10 (preferred) OSHA 30 (preferred)
•2+ years of supervisory experience in custodial or facilities environment Ability to obtain federal facility credentialing Reliable transportation to the Harrisonburg, VA work site Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Physically able to perform an 8-hour shift with frequent lifting up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have

•Prior experience in a federal facility Prior custodial supervision on an SCA-covered federal contract Experience supervising or supporting employees with disabilities OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Bilingual English and Spanish
