About the Role
Design and develop complex PCB layouts including RF, analog, and digital circuits. Create and maintain complete and accurate design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test plans. Utilize design tools such as Keysight, Altium, or CAD-based software. Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards in all electronic designs. Design and document cable assemblies for RF frequency and EMI/EMC-compliant applications. Perform testing and validation of PCB and RF electronics using test equipment. Conduct debugging, failure analysis, and implement mitigation strategies for electronic assemblies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, systems, and manufacturing engineers. Use Microsoft 365 tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electronics design Proficiency with Keysight ADS, Altium Designer, or equivalent CAD tools Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance Experience with RF cable design and testing methodologies Hands-on skills with debugging and troubleshooting complex electronic systems
Nice to Have
- Experience in SATCOM, aerospace, or airborne electronics Familiarity with waveguide components and design
