Brent's Story

Brent gave the Marine Corps 21 years and finished as a Master Sergeant, most of it in training, logistics, and operations management. When he got out in 2024 he did what a lot of senior NCOs do. He landed a solid operations job in high-volume fulfillment and kept moving.

But solid was not the target. He wanted the senior operations and distribution seat his experience already fit.

Proving that on paper took a while. By his own account he spent six months spinning his wheels. He had used another AI chatbot to pull his notes together for his first resume.

Then he changed the input. He took those notes, added his FITREPs, the Marine Corps performance evaluations, and built his resume on Best Military Resume. From there he tailored a version for each distribution and operations role he was chasing. Eleven of them between April and August.

Good data in, good resume out. Four companies asked for interviews. All four moved him to a second and third round. He now has an offer worth about $50,000 more than he was making.
