Your website definitely played a critical piece in my job hunt. I thankfully was hired on to a NAF position and will be starting next Wednesday.

Joshua's Transition Story

Joshua served four years in the Marine Corps as a communications operator. He got out in 2013 as a Lance Corporal.

He did not walk straight into an IT career. He built one from the ground up. Help desk. Systems support. Telecommunications. One civilian role at a time, he worked his way up the technical ladder over the years that followed.

By the time he was ready for his next move, the experience was real and it was deep. Networks, systems administration, technical support, the works. What he did not have was a resume that told that story to a hiring manager who had never worn the uniform.

So he turned to Best Military Resume. He used the builder to package years of hands-on technical work into a resume that made sense to civilian and government hiring teams alike.

It worked. Joshua was hired for a NAF position and started the following week.

No months of waiting. No applications vanishing into the void. He put the right resume in front of the right people, and he got the call.

Joshua's story is a reminder that you do not have to be a senior leader to make a strong transition. He got out as a junior Marine and built something real. The resume just had to prove it.

Joshua built a resume that got results.
