Education Substitution:

Academic Year Definition: 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or equivalent in an accredited college or university.
Combining Education and Experience: Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for grade levels where both are acceptable. Express both as percentages; combined must equal at least 100%.
