I want to thank you for allowing me to create both a conventional resume and a FEDERAL resume, for free! I waited almost 5 weeks for my federal resume to come back from Hiring Our Heroes and I still have work to do on it myself. (I'm not knocking HOH, I'm just saying that they reached a limit of advance until I could return their review). I was so lucky to come across your product because YOUR algorithm was able to populate the 'dead spaces' in my resume where I was just STUCK, and literally could not think of a way to word certain things that I did. I am so impressed by your generosity as well as the QUALITY of the material that is produced! I was absolutely blown away at the fact that in literally just a few seconds, I had 'all the bases covered' in my federal resume. I was so impressed that I did a conventional one as well; and the capability to translate 'Army speak' to civilian terms (without making it look like I'm just trying to church it up and blow smoke) is beyond my comprehension. I swear it looks like I paid a professional to craft my resume, swear to god. So, I am an Active duty service member who starts terminal leave in May and realized that I will need quite a few conventional resumes that can be easily tailored to match each individual job description. Your product provides me the capability to just tailor a new resume for each new job description off of a 'base' resume and save it, instead of copying and pasting and labeling each new resume. Again, I was so impressed by your generosity and quality of service that truthfully, I was compelled to subscribe. Once I subscribed, I utilized the 'Linkedin Optimizer' just to see what it was about. Holy mother of god, there is absolutely zero way that I would have been able to create a profile even remotely close to the quality of the optimizer. As I type the word 'optimizer', I realize that word does not even begin to capture what is actually taking place. For instance, 'Operations Sergeant Major' (slot I was only filling but captured on my NCOER) and BN EO dude turned into 'Operations Manager | Process Improvement Expert & Equal Opportunity Leader'. And another one, PSG for an expeditionary signal battalion turned into 'Strategic Communications Manager | Expert in Team Leadership and Technical Oversight', and the list goes on and on. So, the view from MY foxhole is that the Linkedin Optimizer is moreso a Linkedin Transformer. The very best thing that I liked about your product is that it doesn't 'feel' fake or hyped up. Today at work, I wanted to verify if I was executing a confirmation bias or not and gathered some teammates to take a look. I started off with my pitch, 'y'all know I'm dipping my toes in the civilian market to get a feel and just want to know what y'all think about this so far..... (I showed my resume and Linkedin). They called me 'The Wordsmith' and a couple of 'em wanted to know if I'd write their NCOERs. (We all know that we all write our own anyways). After I explained what they were looking at, they expressed the 'feeling' that the resume and the Linkedin left on them; it felt real, it felt genuine, and it felt accurate. I apologize for the lengthy email, however it is our duty to provide feedback when appropriate. I wanted to write to you to express my utmost gratitude for providing a free federal and conventional resume, and to also comment on the quality of your creation. Thank you for what you've done for myself and the community, and I'll do everything I can to ensure that folks are engaging.

I used a few weeks ago to tailor a resume for a job that I wanted and within 24 hours of submitting the resume, I had a phone interview scheduled as well as a hiring interview scheduled for the following week. I’d been meaning to reach out, but had seen you’d been busy lately on LinkedIn. I do gotta say that BMR was a game changer for me in the job search and over the course of like 8 months got me about 10 interviews, 1 of which, ultimately got me into the perfect job. I interviewed for a regular PM role and they offered me a Senior PM role and it’s just the right fit all around. I love BMR and how much guesswork it took out of applying for jobs and I think you’re on the right track with the interview tools. My biggest struggle was that I was terrible at interviewing lol. I think a lot of veterans probably feel the same way (or they don’t realize they’re not good at it). That’s right! I used BMR at the end of 2024 to get a job as a Budget Analyst with (Redacted) Command (GS13) in January and then retired at the end of February. Side note - I never spent a day as a finance/budget person prior to starting that job. I decided to take the second DRP because I was concerned there would be a reduction in force. I re-upped with BMR for job_search_v2. After more than a dozen interviews and two job offers, I took a position as a Business Analyst with a (Redacted) (and cut my commute by more than 550 miles each week). Just wanted to say thanks for creating BMR. I'm a retiring CMSgt and it's been a long time since I've navigated the job market. I used BMR to apply for a Leadership and Development Trainer position and just accepted an offer yesterday. Sorry for the delay. Playing catch-up. Being retired isn't as retired as I thought it would be... BMR was one of my best transitional investments as I was on the tail end of retiring. I was probably sending out 2-3 resumes a week, looking at different contracting gigs for a while, and needing to tweak a thing here or there, but BMR saved me an immense amount of time. Then, life took a bit of a turn with the administration shift, and all of the contracting and GS gigs I had lined up were paused (but we had a feeling this might be the case late last year, so I wasn't too surprised). This is where BMR came in and saved the day again. I ended up shooting off resumes to jobs that were COMPLETELY out of the niche job sphere that I came from in the Navy. A couple of jobs I inquired about turned out to be flops, but one led to a phone call with a buddy who put me in touch with a guy he knew was hiring for a Sales account manager role. So I shot off a general resume that I had on hand (high five BMR). I had a quick intro interview, which led to me needing to quickly turn in a role-based resume that would get fired over to the HR department with the online job application (boom another high five for BMR seeing as it turned an hours-long ordeal into literally minutes). I went from a phone call to a quick informational interview to firing off an application with a new resume to an email response for lining up an official interview with HR within 24 hours. Went through the subsequent few interviews, did well, and ended up with a job offer! I love everything about the website, it’s actually helped me land multiple interviews and 4 job offers! However, I have my biggest one coming up this Monday (Redacted) with (Redacted), as an emergency management specialist, GS-12. Scary times especially within (Redacted) but, I’ve maintained my current federal job so far, so if I can perform well on the interview and get a job offer, I’m hoping to waive probation and start after (Redacted). I’ve been telling everyone here in (Redacted) about the site!

I got hired as a contractor to support the Navy. After using your site to get my resume where I needed to be I posted it on clearancejobs.com and recruiters started reaching out to me directly. I didn’t have much success with LinkedIn or general searches. Hoping with everything going on it doesn’t impact my job but only time will tell I guess.
